Help! Stuck in Canada Raptor won’t start

We are on a huge road trip from St George, UT, to Canada. Headed back to the states today and my truck won’t start…

Had an ARB fridge plugged in and it ran the battery low. Truck turned over but wouldn’t start. Had a buddy jump start it and it started. Ran it for 15 minutes and thought we were all good. Friend left, and we went to restart, truck wouldn’t start. Just turns over and acts like it’s out of fuel (has 3/4 tank). Decided maybe battery was just too low of voltage so I bought new battery and that didn’t help. Currently waiting to have it towed to ford dealer in Canmore, Alberta.

Any ideas what it can be? Not a good feeling being stuck in another country with your wife kids and two weeks worth of stuff and 6 bikes. What a crap show.

Edit - another clue is that we got abnormally bad gas mileage… about 11mpg on this trip.

Disconnect the negative cable, and touch it to the positive cable, and the PCM will reset.

"It's a manual reset of the TPS on the TB and discharging the capacitors in the ECU resetting it. In other words, your clearing your ECU, even after voltage your ECU still retains power.
Touching both the positive and negative will discharge whatever remaining power is in the ECU.

Even after your battery is removed, touching the 2 terminals together (without even having any source of power) you will even create a small spark, draining what's left.

ATTENTION: IF YOU HAVE AN AFTERMARKET SYSTEM WITH AMPS: Unplug it from any source of power before touching terminals."

Got it started enough to drive a block to the dealer. Check engine light/ford app is showing this. Think that’s a maf sensor or bad fuel pump?

Batteries eat shit soon in these trucks - get a good new battery and see if your troubles subside.
