help regarding loose hose

hey guys - just noticed a loose hose that in attached to the driver's side rear portion of the rear axel housing. is this a vent? no idea where it connects to?

any help woupd be appreciated.

Yes, it is a vent.. If you look you should see a small hole in the underside of the bed. It should be in there.. I might have a picture of where it goes... If not I can get ya one tomorrow..

Hockster, thanks a lot - the bed was recently off for a little rear suspension upgrade.

Be sure and mount it as high as you can - should you ever be in water, it will fill your differential and that's really not good!
