So just as I stated above I don’t trust time frames given to me by manufacturers the 37” km3 is now available. I just got a set in my store

I would suspect that 37s would require diff gear changes as they did in my Jeep Wrangler. That's another $1500 to $2000 for that when considering over all price.

Not really I guess it would just depend on which gear you had. I have 37” ko2 now and mine is great on the expressway

The biggest OEM tire that Wranglers come with (at least the JK series) is about a 32" KM2 as seen on the Hard Rock editions. Moving from a 32 to a 37 is a huge change so yeah, ring&pinion swap is pretty much mandatory. Swapping 35 to 37 not so much so, like putting a 34" on the Jeep would not require a new gear.
