Aaaaandd... No grille or a-pillar lights yet? Come on, work with us here.
;-)
I have noticed a few hard shifts here and there
That seems to occur on some trucks. You can perform the transmission re-learn procedure, which I think you can start with FORSCAN. This would allow you to make a bunch of other usable mods like Lincoln fold mirrors, heat/cool icons on the sync home screen, etc. it’s Windows software you can use via OBD port. Lots of posts on it here. I believe you clear the tables, then follow a complex re-learn procedure for the transmission adaptive tables. Sometimes this fixes it, sometimes it just temporarily works around the issue.

I’d point out that it’s very possible to make a completely healthy truck have clunky shifts. Get on it, then let up right as the transmission upshifts. It’s not easy to do when you want to, but it can be done. This is the only condition I have clunky or inarticulate shifts under.
Do the 2020’s have the Cam phaser issues as well? I’ll have to keep an eye on that.
No, the current cam phasers aren’t susceptible to the failure to park issue that was present in some pre- ’19 models - I don’t recall when those made it into production, but to be clear, not all earlier model phasers had the problem.

Post a picture of the front springs and shocks and the rear leaf spring and axle connection.
Might be able to help with how the Raptor was lifted.

Welcome! :D Sharp ride with the lift to it!

Yeah, they will throw hard shifts at times - certain gears more than others. If they're really abundant, there may be an update available. My local Ford dealer updated mine and cleared the learning tables and it helped a lot. Sport mode is still rough at times though.

Oddly enough, despite the manual stating you can put regular gasoline in it, mine runs (and shifts) much better with the 92 gasoline. It appears to build up the RPM better and the timing of when it shifts seems to allow for a much smoother process. I expected better engine performance, but the transmission performance boost was a pleasant surprise.

Good info everyone. Since I have have had her, I have only put 91 or 92 octane in the tank. I don’t know what was used before obviously.

I will have a local dealer here check it out for piece of mind.

I will snap some pictures of the front and rear springs soon. I’m sure the Folks on here will know more than me about what was used.

Another question for those that have had them. I know the 37 Nittos are heavy. But what air pressure do you guys run for daily driving? When I bought it they seemed very stiff, they were about 44 PSI, I dropped them down to 34 and it seems much smoother.

I appreciate all the info!

Looks like it has a larger block between the rear axle and stock spring

This is how a stock block set-up looks from the rear.

Front springs look stock ( Ford part # ? on that tag)

Need a picture of the LCA crossmember to see if you have a lift that changed the connection points.

Looking at your pictures a second time, I can see in picture number 4 that you have extensions on the lower front shock and lowered inside LCA mounting points.

Don't know if its a "ROCKY RIDGE" conversion, but I think it might be the same type of lift.

Fabtech 4" lift
