How's it going! Hello from the OG desert - anxiously awaiting my Gen 3 Agate Black (arrives in a few days) and selling my Gen 2 as we speak. Loving this forum - so much amazing information that's helped me out a lot so thanks for that!

Already looking at getting 37 tires on my 35 (since the 37 pack simply isn't available out here without a really long wait) and seeing the install stories here really made me confident doing it when the dealer kept trying to freak me out about it (the usual voiding warranty on "affected parts" story.)

Anyway - I'll see you guys around the forum.

Congrats! Well Inwould have to agree with your dealer, warranty can save you thousands and waiting 3 years for that isn't that bad. Anyway, good luck on getting it and I'm sure you'll love it!

Thanks man! I actually lived in Riyadh in the 90s (went to the ONLY real American School in the region too) - This forum is pretty awesome (I own 2 Vettes so I'm used to the Corvette forum which is pretty passive aggressive generally speaking haha)

So - I ended up with an Iconic Silver instead of Agate Black (a mix of dealer screw up and excuses,) so so I decided to wrap her in a matte metallic gray which I think will turn out pretty sick! Took a drive from the dealer down to the installer and in those 5 minutes I was really blown away at how similar yet totally different it rides compared to my Gen 2... Ford did a great job, truly.
