I just got a new to me 2011 Raptor and thought I'd say hello and post a couple of pics. I've been fixing any issues I see and this site has been helpful in that venture. Thanks for the help! I'll be hanging around a bit and when I can, I'll help out as well.

The pics are a few of the truck, a few of the stuff I've powder coated so far.. Also, if I find even the slightest rust, I'm treating it and getting her back to being cancer free.

Hope to be of help and thanks again!

Eric
Congrats! Looks good.

Welcome and THANKS for a proper introduction with photos!

Great color, btw.
Thank you for saying that! I was a little worried I'd get flamed for posting a bunch of pics tbh. Hahaha. I held back because of it. She's getting fully refreshed right now. If there's even a spot of surface rust on the frame, it's getting taken care of PROPERLY. Blasted, phosphated, primed, coated twice and then top coated. No rattle can easy button. I'll post pics when it's all done. She was pretty rust free to start with so I'm just getting ahead of the curve and doing what Ford could have from the factory. I have a rust free 94 Jeep Wrangler and I live in Michigan. With all our road salt, if you can keep a Heep rust free you can keep anything rust free. I waited a year and a half for her to finally be for sale and to take possession of her. It belonged to a good friend of mine and he took great care of her. It was well worth the wait for a 6.2 SVT IMHO.
More pics will make it on here as I go.

Not that anybody asked but Cerakote "Trim Coat" wipes are pretty awesome. (No, I don't sell them and I'm not trying to pimp any products here.) Just thought some of you may have a use for them. Hope it helps someone.

Oh, and also.. black looks sooo good on them. It's getting ceramic coated soon to help with the downsides of black paint. And as far as pictures go, I'm a bored nerd right now so here's a few more..
Here's the ceramic stuff I'm going to apply as well as a close up of the tow hooks. I wanted them to match(ish) the interior. I didn't want them 'exactly' the same but without being able to see them both at the same time, they'll fool most people but the color I used looks better in the sun (IMHO) than a perfect match would have. It's hard to capture in a photo but the skids are a Black Chrome from Prismatic Powders. The hooks (Not hooks but can't think of the right term right now) are Illusion Rootbeer, also from Prismatic Powders. (For reference in case anyone wanted to know.)

Before and after of the bumper. The original got hooked in a parking lot so I found another one. Which I promptly coated...

It's Super Durable Wet Black (Columbia Coatings) with Black Chrome (Prismatic Powders) as the accent in the center. Everything I've coated for it so far got a clear coat of either Super Durable Wet Clear (Columbia) or Clear Vision (Prismatic) also.
