i’ve noticed that the cabin seems hot even the ac seems ok. Feels that hot air still runs around the cabin. Tint or something would help?

There are pockets in the back/up by the windshield that will feel like they're moving around due to inertia as you drive (turn right or left, air feels like it's moving when the truck really is), but they should resolve as you go/the cabin cools. I crack the passenger window or rear at times to help pull the hot air out. I wish Ford would let you vent the sunroof without opening the shade, but no. I do have a tint, but the pano sunroof radiates a good bit of heat even when the shade is closed. Unless you feel heat coming into the cabin from underneath/the engine bay, I would't worry about it.
