HeadLamp Auto Position

Hi - Have a 2018 Gen 2 F150 Raptor in Australia. Dont seem to be able to get the Headlamp Automatic Setting to work. The Headlamps dont turn off when in the Auto Position with Vehicle Parked and Locked - have waited 20 minutes and they are still on. Any clues on what settings to check in ForScan or elsewhere? Thanks
