It is almost impossible to get either engine to pull WOT at 1250 rpm. The torque convertor unlocks and revs go to 2000+ immediately. Torque at 1250 is completely irrelevant. I am a V8 guy but there is simply no denying the power of the ecoboost engine. It makes more power and torque than the 6.2 at any usable rpm. Such a dumb argument... I agree after 8 pages that the V6 sounds like ass and the 10 speed shifts too much, otherwise the new ones are better trucks. Who would have guessed?
