GEN 2 Gun Shop in Fl.

Slightly off topic but for those in the Tampa Fl area, I'm looking for a good gun shop to work with on a few interfamilial gun transfers. Bradenton, Tampa area.

As far as I know Florida does not require private transfers to go through an FFL. Assuming the family members in question also live in Florida, and these are not NFA items, you should be able to just give/sell it without involving a dealer.

In California you need to ship through a FFL whether your shipping or receiving. Most shipping carriers will only ship through a FFL.
