Great Do it Yourself garage

Not sure if this is the right Forum, but wanted to give a thumbs up to Shadetree Garage in Mont Alto, Pennsylvania. It’s a bit of a haul from the DMV area but the shop had everything I needed (lift, air tools, spring compressor, etc). Rick the owner was a god send helping me out (a friend that was supposed to help out wasn’t able to come) Super nice guy and very helpful.

Nice, so did you end up going mid perch on your Gen 1? Any pics of that?

I did, I’ll try and get some tomorrow. It sits within a 1/4 of level, but too me looks higher in the front. I can’t tell if my expectations were too great, but I am not loving the ride. I will probably reduce it to the lower perch. With the Geiser springs, I think it won’t drop it very much and hoping that the reduced “preload” on the shock will give it a softer ride.
