I recently contacted Rigid for a warranty claim on a D2 light that had chipping with the black paint. I had the light as part of the Rigid Raptor light kit that I got from Alternative Off-road about 18 months ago. Not only did Rigid send me back new lights but they also sent 4 of the newly released brackets because the old brackets required the lights to be installed upside down. Once again, great customer service from a great company that stands behind their product. Thanks Rigid!
