GJ 3rd Brake Light Problem

I have had a GJ Motorsport 3rd brake light installed since November 2020, recently I have noticed one of the two LED lights in the center light assembly is dimmer than the other. I have now noticed that the brake lights are not working. I have checked all the connections and they all appear to be tight. Has anyone else experienced any issues like this? If so how did you resolve it?
