[Gen2] Noise at Low RPMs/ Idle

Hi all,

I just bought a 2019 Raptor a week and half ago. It's got around 16k miles on it. After around 600 miles of my ownership my raptor started to make a loping sound, almost sort of like a knock off diesel. The noise stops whenever the truck meets a certain RPM. Any help would be appreciated. I'm new to trucks/performance vehicles.

I should also add that it doesn't make the noise on start-up. Only after driving it and then idling.

Finally got up underneath my truck today. Turns out there was some mud leftover on my intercooler fans that I missed and it was shaking.
