Gen 3 Rear Defrost/heated mirrors - increase timeout time (forscan?)

Looking to increase the time on my Rear Defrost/Heated mirrors if possible, seems like they turn off after a few minutes. Thinking may be something in Forscan but unable to find. Any Help would be much appreciated.
