Gen 3 Raptor Hybrid option???

Looking over some Gen 3 pics it seems as there is an example of the onboard generator in the Gen 3 bed.

Thoughts??

It's just the base model generator, that are available on all f150's.

It would be nice to have a hybrid Raptor though, I believe there is a market for one.

You're welcome. I wouldn't be surprised to see a hybrid F150 Tremor, which would be aimed more at crawling rather than flying ... that's got potential.

If performance off road was the direction Ford is headed with the Raptor, they would still be producing the SCAB. Hybrid Raptor would be the ideal kayak or mountain bike carrier.

That's a good point. I suppose if demand is there, Ford will build it. That's really the bottom line. And laws might well change that require it. So it could happen. But making me admit that is threatening my role as dream crusher.

Do you think batteries weigh more than the offset a smaller gas tank they used with a hybrid? Asking for @K223 dreams to come true.
