Gen 3 2021- Paddle Shifter not working?

I’ve got a 2021 LFG with 37 PP. Approximately 3800 miles. When shifting to manual mode (pushing the “M” button by the shifter) only the down shift paddle on the left is working. It won’t upshift. Any suggestions as to a cause/remedy would be appreciated. Fuse? Shifter module? Thanks!

There’s no fuses involved; the paddles are wired directly to the PCM. Has the vehicle been in an accident or has the steering wheel been off? The connector for the upshift paddle is located behind the airbag on the right side.

Yes; bad shifter module. Replaced it and works fine.
