Gen 2 wheels on Gen 3

Quick question I have taken a break from the Raptor world for a bit. Had a string of Super Duty’s.

Thinking of buying one tomorrow. It’s a fairly loaded Gen 3/35”, but doesn’t have the bead lock wheels. I really like the 2020 bead locks.

I assume they work of course, but just verifying the Gen 2 beadlock wheels fit on Gen 3.

Yep, same specs as the Gen 3 35” beadlock wheels.

Put some Gen 3 wheels on my Gen 2. Fits just fine.

There’s a member here with an OW Gen 3 w/ 19/20 bead lock wheels installed. Do a quick search to get eyes on or perhaps they’ll see this thread & post a pic.

You'll be fine. Agreed, 2020 and 2019 forged rims are the best looking ones. 37pp ones are very similar but are a lot more expensive. If you decide to do it post pics!

I’m heading to dealership this afternoon to see it in person.

As I mention I have had super duty’s for several years now. They have been incredible trucks. I am still pondering giving up the capability, but some days they just aren’t fun to live with.

Well… I struck out. It was sold by the time I got there. They had a atlas blue, but kind of a base model so I wasn’t interested.

They do have a 37 coming in, but not my color…. The search continues.
