I'm around 13.5 with my Gen 2. I drive like an ******* and it's 99% city driving with the auto start/stop disabled. Always get 92 octane. it's stock/un-tuned.... for now.

My 6.2 gen 1 I was lucky to get 10.5 out of.

About the same on my 2019. Always fill with 93; no tune; and I’ve never broken 15mpg. Even on cruise control driving from Florida to Utah twice same thing. She’s a thirsty gal what can I say

Just a quick update: I drove my stock Gen 1 from Atlanta to Tampa using mix of 25% 87 / 75% 93 octane blend. Ended with 13.8 mpg. I was averaging about 80-85 mph for most of the drive. The last hour of the trip I was doing about 90 mph.

I drive back to ATL today. Will fill up the tank from empty to full on 93 octane. I'm thinking I should end with around 14.5 mpg if I keep it around 80 mph. Will update...

Update: Averaged 13.8 mpg on the drive from Tampa to Atlanta. Filled tank with 93 octane and had cruise control set to 83 mph for most of the drive. I would've probably ended up with 14 mpg, but got slammed in rush hour traffic for the last couple hours of the drive.

Before I had my 2020 gen 2 I had a 2014 gen 1. My gen 1 I'd normally get 11-11.5mpg city and 13-14.5mpg highway. With my gen 2 I typically get 14-15mpg city and 18-19mpg highway.

I put about 50k miles on my gen 1 and I'm right at 28k on my gen 2. I've always used 87 octange gas in both. Stock tunes for both of them. I don't generally drive with a heavy foot, highway speed I normally stick to 70mph. Towing mpg is also better. Towing at 65mph with a loaded car trailer I'd get 10-11mpg in the gen 1, with the gen 2 it's 13-15mpg.

My 2012 is sitting on 15.1, 78,000 miles, never been reset. At least 12,000 miles are high speed towing a loaded 14' cargo trailer or loaded car trailer (small excavator or small JD dozer).

My wife's 2016 FX TT 6, with heavy tow package, was 19+ when traded, similar use.

On exactly the same trip, 2000 miles towing, the Raptor got about 0.5 mpg better. Note: where I live and drive, virtually nothing is flat. Some passes exceed 5,000 ft. The turbo 6 was over worked on the steep passes. Made me nervous.

I’ve always found it amusing to see Raptor drivers concerned about MPG. Thanks to a forum member, back in March I started using this app and although I am not happy with the costs associated with filling up the beast, I do so gladly. Besides all I need to survive is money for is beer and gas.

I have the second highest mpg on fuelly for Gen 2 out if 32 vehicles. Averaging a true 17mpg for the last 10 fill ups. Highest was 18.9 . I find nothing wrong with being concerned with at least returning reasonable fuel economy when concerning “these trucks”. Especially in the age of bidenomics and purposeful hyperinflation of goods and services. An extra 20-30 a fill up over time adds up. Plus its never good to be in the practice of squandering resources because muh trophy truck.

I've got my own business to support so not wasting money on gas means more money for the business. If I wasn't concerned about money I wouldn't even look at fuel economy but running a small business is painful in today's economy.
