Gen 2 intelligent door access not working

I have a 2018 and recently noticed my passenger door handle doesn’t work to lock or unlock anymore. Haven’t don’t anything with electronics or anything like that. Anyone run into this issue?

Have you checked the voltage of your battery? When the battery starts to die or gets low in charge, passive systems like the door handles get shut down to conserve energy.

Thanks! I haven’t, it’s on the original battery so it’s probably time to change it

What Chief said. My 2019 was parked at the shop for a month getting repaired. When I got it back I had the same problem until the alternator charged my battery back up.
