Gen 1 brake upgrade

I have a 2013 Roush Raptor. I’ve changed my front and back brakes. Now back brakes squeaking again. I’m researching a brake upgrade but Ken Grody Ford threw out a 10k major upgrade( I was told factory are good and any standard upgrades would not be worth it). Anyone have recommendations on brake upgrades in SoCal?
