Both seats not Heating – the lights turn on but no heat. Any ideas? is there a fuse that needs to be replaced?

The heating elements themselves tend to burn out and have to be replaced. Annoying. I've had mine replaced.

If the lights are coming on it's probably not a fuse. You can get the elements from Ford and DIY it. It's Not a difficult job, the only specialty tool is hog ring pliers. The hard part is getting the seats out (heavy, not mechanically difficult) and having the hand strength to manipulate the upholstery.
