The challenge at this point in time is Gen 3 pump on Gen 2 computer. Once a calibrator figures this out it will be really interesting becuase the Gen 3 pump flows the same as the aftermarket Gen 2 pumps..
One caveat to this, as well, is my truck is the only one that doesn’t have other issues.
So we can’t know if there is something beyond just the programming. Luckily, the HPFP is at present the only issue.

I’m really excited to get her going though.
The only upgrade I didn’t get was bigger turbos. I went OEM+
Intake, exhaust manifolds, turbo adapters, spd down pipes, the Corsa exhaust I already had.
Should be fun!

Can the gen 2 pump be adapted to fit the gen 3 heads? to bypass this issue altogether?

This is a "I think so."
The orientation of the fuel lines is a mirror image though - so it would require custom fabricated fuel lines.
That's a bit of a headache, so waiting on MPT to see if they can map the ECU properly to use the Gen 3 pump.
It DOES bolt up though - but the lines are too far off to connect.

@jonnyutah187 Have you considered using a gen 3 ECM? Looking at pictures on eBay used to used, seems to be similar on the connection side. I may inquire with MPT about this. Currently holding this truck off until the weather cools down here in GA but for the meantime I'm just coming together with a list of solutions to my problems

So, yes. However, my understanding is that this also requires a transmission swap.
The ecm in the gen 3 controls both which then has its own hurdles and also stops having the Raptor buttons (unless it’s a Raptor ecm).
I’m open to any and all solutions though! I miss my baby

Seems like that might be the easiest thing to correct for.

I did some measuring and I don’t think these will work. Would need almost 36” for routing and the internal check valve isn't present.
I’m presently banking on Geoff. Though, MPT is still working on the mapping for the ecu.
Absolutely worst case scenario is a head swap.
The irony is how good it runs now, until there’s boost. The HPFP pressure instantly drops - even though it will maintain pressure at low rpms.
