So i just installed tonight fitment was great but i had a few questions looks like of you use their boost tube it forces you to vent bov to atmosphere correct? The way the bov gets positioned the oem connection doesn’t reach? also when using a fmic im assuming the IC fans gets deleted also? I guess there wouldnt be a need for them anymore and last of all did yall just remove the lower shutters and leave them off? I know the top shutters have to be removed. Also it came with an acc relocation bracket is this necessary for the gen 3? I dont even know where it is located but doesnt seem it will interfere with the new FMIC assuming its housed in the lower bumper? thanks for any info!

Yes BO will vent to atmosphere, make sure to plug off the line going into the intake.
Take both sets of fans out and shutters, don’t forget to tape the ends.
No relocation needed on ACC.

Yeah.. glad you got it installed. I actually installed one in my Expedition. I didn’t remove the bumper, or grille. Just removed the radiator shroud, factory intercooler, and necessary plumbing.

All the various videos I found had guys removing most, or all of their F-150’s front ends. I didn’t want to do that at all. So, I explored a few options, and coming up from the bottom of the truck was my best option. There was plenty of room. I had no issues.

There is a bracket that mounts on the backside of the grille, behind the blue oval, for stability I assume. I saw no real purpose for it. Decided it didn’t need to be there as it was hindering clearance for the intercooler. It’s been approximately 8mos… no sign of that bracket being needed.

You don’t have to do any of that. It’s simple
the full race relocation bracket is not a perfect fit for the gen3 adaptive cruise, if you’re having to use it. I had to modify mine to get everything to fit.

Also, i purchased the recirculating hose that full race recommends for the gen2, cut a couple inches off it to make it fit my gen3.
