How difficult was taking the panels off and completing it? Looks good!

It is very easy to do yourself. Perhaps around an hour per door for a first timer.

if i can do it anyone can the first door it was 4 hours because i also covered the inside of the door with soundskins as well , plus i changed out the speaker brakets

the sound skins pro template which I used is not worth it ,if I had to do it again I would just cut my own pieces , I had to re cut several spots .
