Front diff leaking

I was crawling around under my truck today. I wanted to check on the insulation above the driveshaft. It was fine. While I was under there I noticed the output shaft seal on the back of the front diff is seeping gear oil. Not enough to leak drops to the ground but enough to be all over the cross member right below. Truck has 5500 miles.

Yeah, I would be making an appointment to get that fixed up quickly.
