Pressurize the reservoir with shop air, fill shock with oil. Use hand to seal shock, flip it over a couple times to get the air out. make sure fluid is still about 1" from the end of the body (if its not, add fluid and do the flipping over thing again), put shaft/seal head assembly in with one bleed screw loose, and tighten the seal head. excess fluid (and air) will bleed out the loose bleed screw. Tighten after a minute or. Release air from reservoir, compress shock, re-pressurize reservoir to ensure the shock shaft fully extends on its own.
And you're done.
1 gallon of fluid is more than enough for all 4 shocks.
