Do the 2019+ front shocks work on a 2023 Gen 3? If so, do they come at stock ride height ? I’ve put 37’s on a 35 package, was gonna do Geisers front and back but if I can level the front with these, it might be a better alternative.

Yes, I have a good amount of guys who have done the gen 2 stuff on their gen 3, you lose like 1/4”-1/2” of down travel but they bolt and plug right in 100%. Same for the rears.
