FordPass App lost Scheduled Starts

Just noticed today, I lost “Scheduled Starts” option from FordPass. About to delete and reinstall the app, but has anyone else had this happen?

Mine lost it too....sort off.

I have two vehicles on my FordPass (wife's Edge ST).

The Edge still has the option for scheduled starts. But it has disappeared from the Raptor. Very strange.

I reloaded the FordPass app and checked to make sure remote start options are enabled in the truck.

I can remotely start from the app no problem, but still can’t get scheduled starts back in the app.

Contacted Ford support and it’s a known problem with the app. An update will be released soon to fix.

I just recently started to do the schedule starts and it did the first one and when it was going to do the second one it canceled it and it said it was due to inactivity. So basically if you don't drive it in between schedule starts it'll cancel it. Or it might need a certain amount of time like a week or so which I have not tried yet in between schedule starts not quite sure yet
