Ford Warranty will not cover seat cracking

My Ford Raptor R is under warranty and my driver seat has a crack in the leather.Took it to my dealer and they sent off pictures to Ford and Ford will not cover the seat. WTH. Has others developed issues with the leather cracking and if so how did you fix it?

Did they say "why" Ford will not cover it?

I had similar cracking on my Superduty. Dealer/ford would not cover it even under basic warranty. Started at 4,000 miles. Said it was “normal wear”. Fought it with the dealer and they eventually replaced the bottom seat cover.

You need to go to the dealer you bought from if possible. Talk to Gm... hell talk to the Service Manager. they should "good will it".
