    There are much better buys out there now than Ford, that will give you much, much better returns.

    Closed at $4.47 today and Ford suspends dividend. They are in a real pinch and CEO Jim Hackett is aging real fast right now. If the spy shots of the upcoming Bronco are accurate Ford missed hitting a home run.

    Moody’s cut Ford’s credit rating to -BBB.

    That’s not likely. You could own the majority of common stock and the Ford family would still have control. Their Class B stocks have A LOT more voting power than common stock. If a member of the family sells their Class B stock, it instantly becomes Common Stock..

    Ford is only getting taken over if the Ford family agrees to it.
