Ford raptor clunk

I got this issue with this 2018 raptor it makes a clunking noise like a bolt banging around in the brake dust shield (front end) it only makes it for like 3 seconds on the first 50 feet of driving no boost or anything and only once every drive, checked heat shields, tie rod ends, sway bar links, skid plates for rocks or bolts or just being loose and brake pads, any ideas ?

Put it in full-time 4WD (4A) and see if the noise still occurs. If it doesn’t, you most likely have an issue with one or both front hub disconnects (IWEs). If they are damaged or there is a vacuum leak, they will make noise during engagement or disengagement.
