My order was 10/1, accepted by ford on 10/5 for a 37” pp. I got my vin in early January. My truck went into production on April 1 and it’s still in production… who knows what any of this stuff actually means these days.

Thats right, i put a deposit down then for a 2021 since the dealer was only getting 2 allocations for raptors....... I have a 2014 and a 2017 raptor with a engine that needs to be replaced ..... whole different story but started with phasers at 9k miles..... now fighting with the uppers of Ford to help with the cost of 13,700.00 for new engine and catylytic converters..... but the rush i get get sailing across get get sailing get sailing across fields at 80-90mph outweighs the issues....always be thankful we are breathing... forget about the bumps in the road... they dont matter........

Came in by rail then…massive massive depot for vehicles. Probably sitting in this lot. If I can get over there I’ll try & find it. .CD656A20-CB90-4699-AD63-0E983775344B.png

For those of you waiting for your truck:

I was in Detroit area over the weekend. Came across a lot with 600-800 F 150"s. Couple dozen Raptors. Figured they are waiting for chips. I walked up on the lot to look around. Dealers were listed on the window stickers. All over North America! It was a paved lot, not a field. Within a few minutes I has three guards escorting me out. 4 or 5 security vehicles circulating on a Saturday night. I was told there are similar lots all over Dearborn area.

So, for what it's worth, as we wait for our orders, they are being well guarded and looked after.

Waiting on my 801 a Rapid Red, no decals, power. Keeping the faith.

What if Ford offered a “Factory delivery” option like GM does with Corvettes.

I would definitely take advantage of a program like that. Fly out to pick it up and drive it home cutting a couple weeks off the waiting game.

No harm in dreaming, meanwhile waiting for train availability to haul my truck NW.

Yes, still dreaming…..
