Any one else have a missing start button?

This morning on the app, both my iPad and phone aren’t showing the remote start button.

Most probably it's in your end only. My app hasn't changed.

So odd. Not in deep sleep. I drive it daily.

When the app first opens, it’s there but disappears. If I press the start button while it’s visible, it will start the truck but it still goes away. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app too.

Just noticed FordPass thinks I have the hood graphics package lol

With the most recent update, it rolled out a totally new FordPass App. You will have to activate the App once again as you did at first. I think if you hit vehicle details you see an orange banner that says "activate now". Once it's re-activated it will all be back to good. I did mine on an Android so iStuff maybe different. Try looking at the app from your phone and tablet for any differences.
