Ford 2nd row reclining seats

Hi, i had this problem in my 2019 f350 and same in gen 3 raptor. What mod do i need to make to recline 2nd row seats. There are some after market solution ( from china) but i could not find anyone that used it. Am I going to be the first one to try it?

Not sure you can recline the second row. are you referring to folding it down?

Not much room behind the rear seats to be able to recline. I can not really see the need for it either.
