I received these notices from Ford. I brought it into Earnhardt dealer and they’ve had it a week already. Has anyone experienced these situations?

This has been discussed in depth within this forum section. If the truck does not have a cold start rattle, the dealer only needs to update the PCM calibration as outlined in 21B10. If it has a cold start rattle, the phasers need to be replaced in addition to 21B10. Since they’ve had your truck for a week, I’m guessing they’re replacing the phasers.

Do you not have correspondence with your dealer? They have had it for a week and you don't know what they are doing? Did they lose your email or phone number? Maybe you should call them and ask what they are doing with your truck. Not trying to be an A S S here but "blunt" comes to mind.

Does the dealer need to test drive the truck after it’s reprogrammed, My dealer says it has to be done

Got it , I wonder if I could do the 15 min drive . Don’t feel comfortable anyone driving my vehicle

Are you comfortable with someone else removing the entire body from the frame of your truck, because that's what's happening right now when the phasers are replaced.

Checking for correct operation post-repair is part of any repair process. Let them do their work.
