Fender/flare parts help needed

[Blu Bug]

I have a 2013 and while cleaning I discovered the plastic mud shield (or what ever you call it) on the rear passenger side has been torn loose and disfigured. It is pop riveted to the fender flare behind the rear wheel. I can't find a picture of it in any exploded diagram that I have been able to find. Anyone know what it is called and where I can get one?

That's exactly what I'm talking about. I just had no clue that they were that expensive....ouch! It's just hard plastic. I wonder if they come with new hardware or is that more $'s/
