fan blower goes on and off

hello friends! i have a 2011 with the 6.2 that has a a/c fan blower issue.
when the fan goes to 5 bars on the dash [full] it will blow for about a minute then stop.
if i leave the blower on 2 or 3 bars it will run for 5-10 minutes then shut off. a/c still working just no blower. i changed the small 4 pin resistor[not sure its called that] that is under the glove box on the right side-same result. also swapped out the relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment with no change.

maybe the blower is bad? any help would be appreciated!! thanks jeff

get the oem resistor, mine was doing the same thing and changes the resistor to an aftermarket and there was no changed. After changing everything with the same result. My friend told me to buy the oem resistor and it fixed it
