Exhaust Leak

Hey guys so my 2017 raptor was making a ticking noise under the cab which sounded like an exhaust leak and sure enough seems like it’s leaking at the weld of the resonator. This is probably a stupid question but I’ve read that ford purposely puts a hole in the exhaust to drain water out of the pipes. Is this where that hole is? Seems odd to make it on a weld.

No - that is a bad part. Go back to Ford Service and get that replaced.
