The 2017 I just bought had a new engine in it when I purchased as Ford Buy back. I saw the warrantee details and the oil pump had failed. So it received a new engine and LH Turbo. I’m happy to have a 2017 with 15,000 miles ave a new engine. Hope this helps.

Be sure the replacement engine has all the latest fixes: metal oil pan, valve covers with oil baffles, & 2018 factory tune.
