engine rattle on startup

Thats not Phaser noise as I know it. At least its not the phaser noises I have been pointing out and researching. Very different.

Wow the deeper I get into this thread the more nervous I get. I am going to my dealer first thing Monday and talk to service manager. I could not find anything on the recall list please let me know if I missed ti.
