I recently drove to Florida from NYC non-stop. On my way driviing there, after about 900 miles, I had my Raptor go into limp mode wiith bunch of warnings on the dash at the service stop. (See the pictures). I also had a code for the cylinder #1 misfire.

After 10-20 minutes letting it cool, I was able to finish my 1200 Mile drive.

Now I have 2 codes, P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold, Bank 1) and P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold, Bank 2). My car was tuned and I am using NGK Spark plugs that I installed myself about 4000 Miles prior.

I also have additional premium warranty for my truck (Highest tier)

Now I have couple questions:
1. Does my replacement of spark plugs can cause denial of warranty service at the dealership?
2. Do I need to roll back and install factory tune before taking my car to dealership?
3. Can anyone recommend good Ford dealership around Tampa/Naples area?

DTC P0420 and P0430 indicate that the catalytic converters are not functioning properly; your tune may have damaged the cats due to over fueling. Even if you return the tune to stock there’s still an electronic paper trail that it was modified; the dealer will know. Warranty does not cover issues that are attributed to modifications. That includes using anything other than OE spark plugs.

I would recommend flashing it back to stock, clearing all DTCs, reinstalling factory plugs, and re-evaluating to see if the issue still occurs.
