GEN 2 Engine Build - Anyone doing it?

Thinking about how much power this truck can actually make sent me down a path of what if's. I'm curious if anyone is aware of successful engine builds with bigger turbos that are currently in use? I haven't really seen anything, but may be interested in exploring some options.

Are there any named shops doing these now? Let's say for 650HP+ builds.
