Eibach mid perch

Hi everyone, i am on mid perch on factory springs and I am going to mount the Eibach pro but wondering if I should do mid or low perch. I want it a bit higher than stock mid, but without compromising the CV’s. I am afraid to break the CV’s with Eibach mid perch when off-roading.
Does anyone have the different hights with stocks at different perches vs Eibachs ?

Eibach recommends the OEM lower factory setting with their springs, not mid-perch.
