When bottom bracket is removed fans come out after wiring harness is unclipped. Biggest thing for us was trimming you will see the shutter shroud easily now. Remove the clipped in 2 inch shroud extension by in clipping from main part of shroud. With this done I still needed to cut 1/4 inch of shroud back to fit intercooler in. As others have mentioned best to put the fans back in first but I found it best to zip tie the whole fan assembly up to the upper bracket so not having to wrestle it every time I was fitting the Intercooler in place. Installation went pretty straight forward from this point on. Hope this helps.
Ok my brother and I installed the CVF Titan 2 yesterday and for the most part was very straight forward. Took us just over three hours and that included the cutting that I did have to do to the shutter shroud. Pics below. Removal was straight forward, remove skid plate 13mm & 15mm sockets will be used for this! Remove bottom Fan & Intercooler bracket using the 15mm socket. Unclip wiring harness to Fans. When bottom bracket is removed fans come out after wiring harness is unclipped. After detaching hot and cold pipping and blow off line there is a wire harness clip driver side up at the top of the intercooler that is hard to see make sure to find and detached or you will get hung up.
