Performance gains will be had in the down pipes not after the cats. It's a V-6 it will sound like ass. No way to make it rumble like a V-8. More power to be had but not V-8 sound.

I actually think the ecoboost exhaust clip sounds better.

This may be more of a subjective opinion. Flowmaster 10 series sound pretty bold on ecoboost, but they are on the low side of CFM flow.

Surely, something else was modded to get that whistle from the turbos. It can't be stock with a simple exhaust, correct?

I've read that they removed the resonators from and placed a straight pipe. Sounds really nice though!

My 2011 whistled like that with a catless downpipe and stock catback w/ resonator.
