I have a 22 37PP with 1000 miles now. The drivers electric window goes up but as soon as it reaches the top, it goes back down. Anyone have history with this or a solution besides taking to service? This started with 500 ish miles.

I think there’s a thread on hear about that issue. My wife’s Explorer did that also. I think the fix was to run it up and hold the button up? Or run it down and hold it down and then it goes back to regular cycle I think?
@FordTechOne im sure knows the correct procedure.

Here’s the 2021+ procedure:

  1. NOTE: Make sure that the window runs are correctly installed and free of foreign material.
    Start the engine.
  1. Press and hold the window control switch until the door window is fully open.
  1. Release the window control switch.
  1. NOTE: All of the remaining steps must be carried out within 30 seconds from start to finish.
Lift and hold the window control switch until the door window stalls in the fully closed position for 2 seconds.
  1. Release the window control switch.
