download routes to nav system

Is there a way to download routes to the Ford nav system? If so, how do you accomplish?

Anyone know who supports the nav system? It doesn't look like a Garmin system. How long will we receive free updates?

IIRC, there is a way to find a destination in ford pass and hand it off to the truck. I think you need to connect the cable tho.
