@98rangerdave - I tried the edge trim today, just not feeling the look of it after, so I’m just going to stick with as is (below), thanks for the info though.

Still looks great! Dovetail looks so much better compared to stock.

just ordered my SVC v2... joining the club ! Does anyone use a sealant in the weather strip ? I live in Hawaii and tricky to paint the bare metal after I hack it up lol

Mask it back and use a rust inhibitor (high zinc content paint) or epoxy to paint the area that will be covered by the strip. I would avoid sealants, as they will inevitably trap water against the metal.

Just finished mine this week - dig it ! Sidenote anyone know where the passenger tail light ground is... my blinker is fast on that side but not sure how anything could have been effected other than vibration from the saw ??

Awesome rig. I also have a Terrian and plan to do the same. Any regrets, tips or trips? Going under the knife next week! Also, I see you put a aftermarket front bumper... would you recommend doing front and rear OR just rear?
