Hello I am trying to figure out who makes this tire carrier? or who's truck this is or was?

Yea it was a youtube video from 2015 of the Snowball. I figured out the truck belong to @ClarusMotorsports just trying to figure out how to get ahold of them or someone on here that knows the actual owner and can ask them who made that tire carrier.

@Roush2012 it was made by wilco and was called the racerunner doesn't look like they make it anymore unfortunately.
